Role

Para integração no nosso Centro de Competências de Eletrónica de Potência, procuramos um Responsável de R&D, com a missão de liderar as equipas de R&D na área de Eletrónica de Potência e Desenvolvimento de Conversores, promovendo o crescimento e desenvolvimento tecnológico.

Irá consagrar as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Garantir a coordenação da execução dos projetos cumprindo os critérios de custo e tempo definidos e monitorizando os indicadores de performance;
  • Assegurar a qualidade das soluções, e o acompanhamento da evolução tecnológica;
  • Responsabilidade pelas actividades de desenvolvimento de novos produtos e/ou revisão de produtos existentes relacionados com a concepção e desenvolvimento de conversores de electrónica de potência;

  • Responsabilidade na definição e implementação , com base nas directivas da Direcção da Empresa, do plano de desenvolvimento de novos produtos.

Must Have

  • Conhecimentos avançados de topologias de conversão;
  • Conhecimentos de semiconductores (igbt, mosfet, etc) e respectivos circuitos de controlo/protecção associados;
  • Conhecimento de controlo digital de conversores potência;
  • Experiência em gestão de equipas de I&D;
  • Licenciatura Pré-Bolonha ou Mestrado Pós-Bolonha em Engenharia Electrotécnica ou Electrónica Industrial e Computadores;
  • Experiência: Mínimo 4-5 anos em funções semelhantes (ideal 6-8 anos de experiência);
  • Inglês: Obrigatório;
  • Perfil proativo, líder e com bom espírito de equipa.
