As a key member to integrate the Cross Operations Team, we’re looking for an engineer, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar jobs, to ensure all the legal procedures, guidelines and deadlines are followed.
Your main responsibilities are:
Work under the guidance of the Project Team;
Participate and monitor the establishment of Assembling Facilities;
Monitor and report the progress of Assembling/Installation works until a pre-Testing stage;
Develop Procurement activities and follow-up of supplies;
Support to Logistic activities;
Participate in meetings and act as interface with final Client, Partners and Suppliers;
Monitor and support to After-sales / Warranty activities;
Support to administrative tasks of the local company/branch.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
Availability to travel within Sweden and Europe;
Oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory);
Notions of Project Management;
MS Office and MS Project knowledge;
Ability and pro-activity to self-organize and plan.
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Excellent under pressure skills;
Willingness to live in Sweden.
